The wine has a pale yellow hue with a clear rim. Bright aromas of pink grapefruit, lime, and stone fruit shine on the nose. On the palate the wine displays flavors of quince and lemon meringue, buttressed by bright minerality and a crisp acidity. The higher acidity of this wine makes it a perfect complement for a variety of foods.
